Red & White Meat High-Quality Integrated Production Project

In the last five years, the team of EDS specialist, has developed the engineering and design of an integrated agro-industrial project to rationalize and optimize the production of High-Quality Red & White Meat. The two main lines of production are the Poultry Chain for the white meat and the Beef & Lamb Chain for the red meat. EDS team has worked side by side with selected Italian first class manufacturers of machinery and equipment as well as with primary and established experts in the zootechnical and poultry field. Nowadays we believe that each country should aim to an independent food sustainability by investing and upgrading the local agricultural infrastructures trying to improve the whole cycle from the optimization and upgrade of the livestock raw material to the most updated production of High-Quality final products. Moreover, said products have also a big demand in foreign markets such as GCC countries, Asian countries such as China, India, etc. with a potential export quota that could generate an attractive incoming of hard currency which will strengthen the Project.
